For optimal results, follow these simple steps on a bare nail:
PRECISE APPLICATION: Apply a thin layer of Break Fix over the nail break, concentrating between the crack.

Essie break fix repair a great new product for fixing those nail breaks .
If your nail breaks , swipe over the clear fixing solution and press the nail in place .After a minute or two your good to go and are able to paint your nail if you wish. Very easy to use , just like a clear varnish . A couple if swipes and the nail is back to a good place. I found it very easy to do . Received in exchange for my honest review.
Definitely one for your handbag ,for a quick repair .

I was gifted this Essie Break Fix Liquid Nail Patch from the L'Orealistar Community in exchange for my honest opinion.
This nail glue comes in a clear glass bottle so you know how much is left. You need to make sure there isn't too much on the brush before applying it, otherwise you will end up with a blob. Remove some glue off the brush, then apply carefully into the crack of the nail. I applied a second layer after giving the first enough time to dry fully. It dries reasonably quickly.
It has kept my nail in place until I can trim it, which is great. I couldn't see the glue under either clear or coloured nail varnish. I really like the bottle design, and it's very handy to have one in your handbag and one at home in case of an unexpected crack; because nails always break at the worst possible time! It's basically a little nail emergency kit in a bottle.

Oh my !!! This is amazing! So many times I was struggling as my nail was breaking and I was looking for a solution. I tried hack with tissue- didn’t work. This is a game changer! I used it many times as my nails are pretty weak now. It is easy to use and really effective. Nice little brush helps to apply it where needed. Dries fast and is really worth it! Cool packaging.

This is a quick fix option for broken nail that actually works. It will keep your nail on its place for up to 5 days, so it doesn't completely solve the issue with broken nail. It is just a temporary solution. In my eyes it's very helpful when you suddenly break a nail and have zero time to sort it out.
It has a liquid texture that during drying process it transforms in a durable clear glossy patch. It dry out quick and provides strong bonding between the broken parts. It's not ideal but I'm glad I can relay on this quick fix glue when on the go.

Perfect for fixing breaks in the nail.

I received this to try from Loréalista. I've never used anything like this before as usually when my nail breaks I have to cut the nail, but not any more. I have a small break in my nail I used this and it really helped keep the nail together so my manicure still looked good. The bottle is a decent size plenty for lots of fixes. Or wear this under your nail polish especially if you have weak nails. The is impressive its small and great for getting into the split in my nail.

I was really excited for a product that could possibly fix a broken nail. My nails are weak and brittle and I often get breaks in my nail. So this was a super enticing product for me to try.
Unfortunately, it did not do what I expected and I was disappointed with the results. I followed all the instructions as stated. I even held the break together for more than the recommended time but it did not fix or hold the break in the nail. I had to eventually just clip the nail with nail clippers as it kept snagging on everything.
Sadly I personally can't recommend this product as I didn't get the results I had hoped for. However, it does have a lovely shine and i would maybe use this for strengthening the nails rather than repairing breaks. Hopefully the formula can be improved and I would happily give this another try.

Very strong pungent smell scent to it but that’s usual with nail products.
The application was easy….there’s a very tiny bristle end brush which is the application and method is to brush that on the nail.
Really easy application.
Gave a very good clear coverage. It did dry quickly however I have marked it down a star as I felt it was a little sticky tacky feeling aswell as being quite watery in consistently.
I think the price is well set, it’s reasonable.

Ad thank you Lorealistar this came at the right time as I’ve been getting biab on my nails for quite some time now and my nails broke and became really sensitive and were really brittle I’ve applied this since this has come and it’s definitely worked it’s helped my nails become a little stronger as the pain was so bad whilst my nails were breaking I didn’t think anything was going to help but slowly with using this it did so I’d definitely recommend

This stuff is absolutely amazing! My nails chip so easily and thanks to Essie Break Fix they do not! Look at the length on my nails! It does smell like nails polish remover so quite strong but worth how it works and lasts. It is not thick so does not feel heavy on your nails and it has a luscious shine to it! Highly recommend

I was hoping that this would be a quick fix for my weak nails. It goes on super easily smooth and fast. But even with the great application, I didn’t really notice any improvement. My nails didn’t feel stronger, and the tiny cracks I wanted help with didn’t change. I loved the concept, but it just didn’t deliver for me.

This is perfect nail strengthener, it does have a varnish smelling feature. Easy to use, perfect for after hand and nail cleaning. Small brush to get into all nail areas, very quick drying and gives an instant shine on un varnished nails . Very good. Repairs small areas of nail breakage.

A nail saver for my split nails

I wasn't sure if this Essie Break Fix would actually work. Since having false nails removed, my natural nails are in a very bad way. They keep breaking and are very weak. I was excited to try this, and wow.. I'm really pleased. It works on my split nails and lasts for up to 4 days. I have put 2 to 3 coats on my natural nails. Hold the nail until the coat is dry and it fixes the split. A real nail saver.

Received this nail patch to test. I love that is adds shine to the nail. I tried on a broken nail to see if it would actual patch it. Yes it did work. But didn’t last for a 1 day. It’s great for a quick fix in case of emergency but not a long term solution. I must say it is an amazing product to use as top coat especially for those who doesn’t wear colour nails especially for work but it does give a great shine to it which I love which last for days.

AD I received this product to test in exchange for my honest review. I quite often break or chip a nail and hate if that break then splits across the whole nail leaving you with one really short nail. Essie break fix was great at sealing any breaks to prevent further damage. Just brush over the chip or break and leave to dry. Repeat 2 or 3 times and you are good to go.

I only tried Essie Break Fix Liquid Nail Patch once and I was actually surprised how quickly it formed a smooth layer over the damaged part of my nail. It felt like a thin coat that dried fairly fast and gave my nail a more even look straight away. The consistency reminds me of a light nail treatment rather than a thick polish, so it was easy to apply without making a mess. The scent is the usual slightly chemical nail product smell, but nothing too strong or unpleasant. Since I have only used it one time I cannot judge long term results, but it definitely made my nail look a little better instantly and I am curious to see whether it helps prevent further breaking when I use it more regularly.

Was sent this over 4 weeks ago and it has really helped out over the busy Christmas period. Where all the cold weather, washing up etc has taken a toll on my hands & nails. I applied to the split front & back. It did the job but did need touching up every couple of days. It’s like super glue for your nails. A ideal quick fix to keep in your handbag

Great product to repair damaged nails

This is a great product, I find that when I do not have gel nails on my nails break easily and this is a little fix thats really useful to have in my bag. When wearing gel varnish I find it extremely helpful to repair a small chip before the rest of the nail becomes damaged. Packaging is pretty and clear, smell is similar to a varnish.

fixing nails have never been soo much easier and stress freee . when i get a crack in my nail i no longer worry about it as it can be easily fixed and repaired . the bottle is very cutesy a little small but a lot of product is not needed anywyas . the texture resembles that of a nail polish but slightly runnier . amazing

Perfect remedy for broken nails

Lately my nails have been breaking a lot so I was delighted to test this out. When applied it adds a nice smooth layer on top of your nail to help strengthen any damage. The brush is quite small if you want to apply to a small area. You could leave it as is for a healthy shiny nail or paint polish on top like I did.

I received this product free to try out at home.
I had a small break at the side of my nail and used this Essie Nail Fix to stop the break worsening. It held the break in place and I could carry on my day. It lasted a few days and I was very impressed.
I would definitely recommend for a temporary quick fix.

I have really enjoyed this nail fix as my nails are very weak and break often. However this has really strengthen my nails . And even fixed my broken or chipped nail def a product worh investing.

An outstanding product!

I have used the Essie Break Fix Liquid Nail Patch and i can confirm that the product is 100% new and unique. It is a product that can actually patch a nail in 5 days or so. Highly satisfied with the product. I used it, and it did the job and no other issues were encountered. I love the packaging, it's small and cute and is also travel friendly so you can also use it on the go when travelling and if you encounter a break in nail, then you can use it. The application is very precise with the applicator not being too big or small, it is the right size and allows more control of where to exactly put it. Overall, i'm very satisfied with the product.

- Break Fix is designed to target nail breaks, snags, and tears within the nail.
- At first sign of nail break, snag, or tear, carefully move break back in place to connect the nail. Apply a thin layer of Break Fix to the nail break, snag, or tear concentrating between the crack. Using tweezers or a toothpick, gently press the broken nail together as the formula dries. Allow to dry completely. Apply a 2nd thin layer, and 3rd if needed. Wait until completely dry between coats (around 3 minutes). Break Fix can be worn alone or under sealer color. For optimal results, apply to bare nail.
- Break Fix is designed for easy application, even on-the-go. Be sure to follow the instructions carefully and allow each coat to dry completely for best results.
