Great product but drying to my hands

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this product as it really helped me take care of my dry lifting cuticles. I love the nozzle on the tip of the bottle which made it easy to apply the product onto the cuticle area. At first, I squeezed out too much, but I was able to rub my other hand on it and get it onto my other cuticles so it was easy to distribute. I love the little cuticle pusher that came in the set, made it easy to push back my cuticles and to gently buffer around the area. But what I disliked was that after I washed my hands and washed the extra product off, my cuticles were really really dry. I needed to apply it oil that’s only drawback, but I enjoyed using this product.

Soft and buffers!

I totally like to spoil myself and get my nails done by other people 💅🏼 but I’m between visits, and all of the holiday dish washing destroyed my gel polish. In comes Essie. This came in the mail just in time for Christmas (and my husband coincidentally bought me “in between” polish so yesterday I gave myself a manicure. My nail beds are are now looking nice, and this helped buff the scratchiness of gel coming off without the help of acetone. Great product and soft on your nails!

excellent except product application wasteful

I love this product! It works great at removing cuticles, better than any product I've used - is thicker and more penetrating. My only issue - why I deleted a star and will re-consider purchasing again (so is a big one) - is that despite the promise of easy application, I found it extremely difficult to dispense, shaking and attempting to apply a thin line, only to end up with a big clump that is way too much and a huge waste of product. My bottle has only lasted a couple months, which is not worth it for the price! I'd appreciate if you could re-address the tip and application - I am a huge loyalist to Essie.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve honestly never really maintained my cuticles so I’m not even sure if I’m doing it correctly but I do enjoy the product! It has a thicker consistency so I would recommend barely dabbing any on each nail. The pusher tool shape almost has a little lip which had somewhat of an upward tilt at the end so it made it a bit hard to keep level and get a good angle to push with but I’m not sure if mine was the only one like that or if I just need more practice with it. I do like that it comes with the tool though bc I did not own one. I feel like I did notice a small difference but again, not really used to doing it.

Essie nail products are one of the best nail brands available, always high quality products. This kit is so easy to use just put the cuticle remover stuff on each finger let sit for about 15 seconds, massage and then use the pusher tool to push back cuticles and then wash away. Didn’t Work

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was excited to try this! I have always had problems with my cuticles growing out. I followed the directions and found that this loosened my cuticles enough to push them back but it didn’t remove them. I still have to use an extra tool to do that. I could have, just as easily, taken a shower and used my cuticle remover. Also, the tube is kind of firm and you have to squeeze decently hard to get the product out, without getting too much. Lastly, it has a very light pleasant scent. Unfortunately, it wouldn’t recommend this product.

The formula softens cuticles really fast without any stinging or strong scent which I appreciate. It spreads evenly, doesn’t drip everywhere, and starts working within a minute. This cuticle remover by Essie is very effective in removing your cuticle and extending manicures. The solution does a great job at making the process easy and I love that it is a vegan solution. All the ingredients used are very clean as it uses a lot of plant based oils like apricot and aloe oil which also makes the solution smell great. The process is very simple as you apply 2 drops of solution, massage the cuticle, push the cuticle back, and then rinse and remove. This product comes in at a very affordable price for a great quality cuticle remover so I definitely recommend it to everyone.

This sloughed off my cuticles in seconds. Mere seconds at that! I usually have to cut my cuticles off, which I absolutely hate. I did not have to do that. They literally rolled off of my fingers. I’ve never seen anything like this before. This did not burn or irritate my fingertips at all. Again, I’m amazed. And to top this off, this made my finger nail polish, super shiny! I will be using this between manicures all the time!

The only problem i found with it is how much is getting out of it when you are trying to squeeze the bottle a little bit to get the stuff on your nail. It has poor control and gel pops out of the bottle like a genie and gets everywhere. I had to catch it running down my arm. It's inconvenient but could possibly be dealt with with a little bit of practice.

Mani in a box and no salon needed

This product softened all the tissue around my nails and I was able to easily push back the skin and trim broken skin. This didn’t leave my skin raw or sensitive at all. It had a pleasant scent. This cuticle remover is very easy to use, I apply a few drops to my cuticles and wait about 15 seconds, it breaks them down , smooths my dry skin around the nails. I use the included pusher to push them down. It so much better and healthier for the nails than to use the clipper .

Not hiding my nails anymore

I decided to get my very uncared for nails looking better and came across ready. prep. go. from Essie. I'm rubbish at nail skills but even I found it really easy to use and my cuticles are looking so much better from the first use, the tool that came with it is so useful. I've also been using the apricot oil, to the rescue and good as new, all by Essie and I didn't think my nails would ever look so good.

The bottle was made of soft plastic, which is easy to squeeze just right amount of gel onto each nail. There’s a light scent of apricot oil, which I found comfortable with. The gel is not sticky, and I like it so much that I don’t even wash after use the product. It helps soften the cuticles, the tiny seeds helps clean and smother the nails’ surface.

It didn’t soften my cuticles as expected, making removal difficult, even after leaving it on for several minutes. My cuticles felt dry and rough afterward, so I had to use extra care to restore moisture. Overall, it just didn’t deliver, and I wouldn’t repurchase or recommend it.

Healthy nails

There is a good amount of oil for the exfoliating beads, and it melts in nicely. It doesn't take long and is a simple process. After pushing the cuticles back with the cuticle stick and massaging the oil, you wash off with warn water. Simple process with nive results.

Excellent product

Liquid works, but the tool is near useless
