how to use
1. clean nail beds; no base coat is needed.2. angle brush down; apply 2 coats of any expressie color using dominant hand.
3. flip and angle brush down using non-dominant hand. apply 2 coats of color.
4. no top coat needed. let dry for about a minute, and go!
