I have never been a fan of bright red in myself but have always admired other women being brave enough to wear it.Well,this polish has definitely changed my mind.It’s a definite winner and adds a pop of colour to ANY outfit/accessories.Has a tapered brush for easy and precision application.Dries super fast so no worries of smears and has a fantastic shine,even without a top coat.Add a top coat and it adds that little extra shine.Lasts long as I’ve done my toes about 3 weeks ago.Fingers on the other hand only lasted 2 weeks BUT the only reason for that is the products we use to wash our hands and the amount of times we wash it.Still, 2 week wear is fantastic

Bright and vibrant

Bright and vibrant colour, perfect for the hot summer months! This is a stunning reddish orange colour so it really stands out. Also loving how it makes my skin look tanner!
The polish was easy and quick to apply, going on smoothly and evenly. The first coat dried quickly and I was able to put the 2nd coat on by the time I've done the other foot/hand. You can probably get away with one coat as it has such good coverage but I painted my toes and nails with 2 coats for a more striking effect and hopefully so it last a bit longer. It has an amazing high gloss shiny finish so looks like gel nails.
Had it on for a couple of days now and only had a tiny chips to one of the nails but it's not very obvious.

I tried the 64 Fifth Avenue vanish.
It is a nice, vivid colour. Lovely for summer.
One coat provides a good coverage but I painted my nails twice, as reccomended by Essie.
The nail vanish is quick drying too. I will consider this brand when purchasing nail vanishes in the future.

This really is the perfect red. It, along with the rest of the essie collection, is a great quality nail varnish that has such a good coverage and really does last well. It’s super bright and dries super quickly!

I have got quite a few Essie nail varnishes, they all have a lovely texture that gives good coverage without being thick. As always you need several coats to get the best results, but after 2 or 3 the colour is really rich and vivid. The brushes are really good quality, nice and wide with a rounded end which helps coat the nail really well. I love the colour of this one as well, fifth avenue is a strong but slightly soft red colour that will look equally good in the summer as in the winter.

I'm a big fan of Essie nail polishes but I've found that some colours work better than others (e.g. I've found some colours to dry more slowly or have a difficult texture to apply). This one is one of the best I've used so far! Only needed 2 coats rather than my normal 3. Very on trend for spring/summer. The orange tone is particularly flattering - bold but not too 'dressy'. Highly recommend.

This nail polish is such a vibrant colour I love it. The polish goes on really smoothly and is a lovely consistency. I usually put on 2 coats but actually had a lovely coverage and colour with just one .
The polish lasted really well without chipping
I’ve used this one my toes aswell as fingers and it’s lasted almost a month on my toes without chipping ! I’m really impressed.

My favourite nail polish brand

I love Essie, I love the design of the bottles, I love the colour range and most importantly I love the quality. The polish goes on nicely and the brush feels comfortable and easy to use. I find it has lasted about four days which for me is really good as I’m so heavy handed I chip all polished straight away. It will last well over two weeks on my toes. Great range great polish

First I was impressed with the bright and vibrant color , the brush is so nice and make the application smooth. Its dry quick too. With only two coats I get so fully thick layer and this impressed me. But after couple of hours I noticed the first chips , and till the evening my manicure was ruined. So I am a bit disappoined.

This is without a doubt my favorite nail varnish brand!! The colour is bright and vibrant and great for a day time casual look or a night out on the town with a black lbd - you cannot go wrong. It also lasts a good amount of time compared to other brands where your nails chip in a day. Couldn’t recommend enough!

Hi girls, this fifth avenue shade is one of my top Essie favorites. It has a glossy shine finish and a strong orangy undertone which makes it perfect for summer to complement your tan. Also, it's very easy to apply thanks to the Essie glide brush, so you can do it yourself at home. I love it!!!

Good finish but chips quickly

This nail varnish was really easy to apply and actually dried quite quickly. The finish looked really good and I was very impressed for the first day but it started to chip on day two. I do have a very active lift style which is tough on my nails. Would definitely use for a party!

I already have a nail care from this brand but havent tried any colours. I'm so glad I tried this one! The colour is very bright and strong which is just what i wanted and the varnish has lasted for over a week with no chips or scuffs. I will definitely recommend. Thanks!

In love with the colour!

I have lots of red nail varnishes but the colour of the 'Fifth Avenue' polish by Essie is really unique. Like all of their products, the quality of the polish is amazing - goes on perfectly smooth. Very easy to use and apply. It's already lasted a week with no chips!!

I got the fifth avenue colour and can't fault it! It a gorgeous bright red that seems to go with everything!! I've almost had it on a week so it lasts really well. As a self confessed nail varnish collector I can honestly say that this is one of the best I own.

I simply love the Essie nail colours! This particular varnish - the 64 Fifth Avenue is a great Ferrari red colour that is perfect for hands or feet in the summer especially! I find it really easy to apply and it really does last ages! I would highly recommend.

As it's nearly Summer, I thought I'd pick a more brighter colour and I love this red, its bright and vibrant and a great choice for the Summer months. One coat is sufficient but I applied 2 coats, the polish lasts a while and doesn't chip. Love it.

Well red any kind of red never fails me, but this really did impress me, the brightness even from the bottle is wow, how popping it looked, easy to use didnt take tp long to dry lasted afew days so not bad, last longer on my feet so thats great.

I love a red nail polish and this one was gorgeous. It went on smoothly and dried quickly. It has a lovely shine to it. As with most nail polish it chips if you arent careful but I found it quite hard wearing. I used a base and top coat with it.

It’s difficult to find a good staple red polish but this is definitely it.
I never seem to find polish lasts very long but this lasts longer than others in the same price range.

This is a gorgeous colour that is extremely vibrant! It is easy to apply and quick to dry. I did not need to do many applications as the colour is bold. The bottle is classic and clear with the logo embossed on the sides of the bottle.

This is a lovely red colour. It is a very classic red colour, not very deep, ideal for summer. It is long lasting and really easy to apply. I used it for pedicure and it has lasted for 10 days with no defects.

Love this product! Went on really well (two coats required) and dried to a smooth finish. Great depth of colour! Didn't chip off even during gardening and washing up and wasn't affected by hand sanitiser.

I love this colour, it’s so easy to put on. And dries quickly. I normally struggle with putting it on and looking nice. I don’t have this trouble at all when using it. It lasts a couple of weeks as well!
