        Not Impressed...

I love the Essie products and when I saw this product, I thought it might help me skip a few nail salon visits. I figure I would do my nails before going to work, where my nails are required to be done at all times. I first polish my nails with Geranium my fav! and then added the drops, I was so dissapointed at how messy the work got. The oil was all over my table and my nails did not dry quick. I sat and waited for a good 15 mins !! when I thought they were dry and started doing other things my nails were smudged, and by the end of the night I had 3 chipped nails !! total disaster!! It's a thumbs down for the quick-e drops, never again!

No, I do not recommend this product.

        Unbelievable results

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got these drops for my girlfriend to try and I have to say I was hesitant to believe that these drops would work as fast as they claimed they would after many nights of her spending a half hour minimum avoiding touching a single thing every single time she painted her nails. Last night we decided to try these drops with the essie nail polish. The product itself felt a little oily and I couldn’t believe that within 1 minute of applying just one drop to each finger that it dried every single nail completely, and within 5 she felt comfortable washing her hands and going about the rest of her night. Very impressed by this product.

        Yes, I recommend this product.

        Time Savings Drops

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used these quick-e drying drops after applying essie nail polish. I was impressed at how quickly it dried my nail polish. The product is simple and easy to use. It is also scent free which I like. It comes with a dropper too. I also like that the drops give a nice shine to my nail as the final look. I just wish that there was a brush of some sort that would allow the drops to be equally spread throughout the nail. I did notice one area of the nail where the drop didn't reach to have nail polish that was still wet. Overall, it's an excellent product for those who do manicures. It is very time saving and safe to use.

        Yes, I recommend this product.

        Dries fast!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Essie quick-e nail drops are just what I needed. I have struggled for so long with at home manicures. I spend so much time and effort perfectly painting my nails only to bump or dent them when I'm finished. I used the quick-e drops and my nails were dry almost instantly. I used two drops per nail, and was absolutely blown away at the dry time. It is so much easier than using a brush on top coat and no worries about brushing through tacky polish and streaking them. Just drop it and you're done. Left a nice shiny finish also. This is my favorite now to dry my manicure in a flash. I definitely recommend. These drops are wonderful and I won't go back to regular top coats.

        Yes, I recommend this product.

        Easy to use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received Essie Quick-E Drying Drops to test and review. This sets polish fast while helping prevent dents and smudges with fast polish setting. It is quick and easy to apply while reducing dry time and sets nails in a flash. It instantly helps protect polish from smudges, dents, and scratches but does not dull color or shine. As a result you get a beautiful, instantly set manicure. To use: Just need to apply one coat of Essie Quick-E Drying Drops as a protective layer following application of any Essie base coat, Essie polish, and Essie top coat. It also came with an Essie Nail Polish in 112 Mademoiselle.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Essie quicke drops worked so much better then expected! Not only was it appreciated for myself, because I don’t always have a lot of time to wait for my nails to dry, bit it was really appreciated that it works because my daughter has no patience waiting on nail polish to dry! I rarely paint her nails because it ends up all over everything she touches! Just one little drop of the quicke drops on each nail helps them dry so much faster! I love how easy the drops are to use and how well they work! I’m so thankful Essie created something like this that’s not only safe but easy for all ages to use!

        Yes, I recommend this product.

        Disappointed

I was very disappointed with this product. I used an Essie base coat, and Essie color polish (2 regular coats) and used the drying drops. They spread very quickly and made my surrounding skin look oily. I went about my day and sadly, 2 hours later, I went to clean up my living room and just from walking around on the carpet and kneeling for a moment or two the nails on both my feet were smudged :( I was disappointed this product didn't work and annoyed that it seemed to make my nails more susceptible to smudges longer than normal. Usually 2 hours after a paint job wouldn't be an issue.

No, I do not recommend this product.

        Great product

My daughter and I paint our nails weekly. I apply base coat, 2 light coats of nail color, top coat, and then Essie Quicke drops. It's been a game changer. Within 5 min of applying the drops and click my nails together, the paint doesn't grab like it does without the drops. I'm careful as I go about my day (I'm not going to pick at labels or pry stuff open with my nails right after I did my manicure) and my nails look great. I often get asked where I get my manicures done and people are always surprised when I say I do them myself. I love this product and it's a game changer for sure!

        Yes, I recommend this product.

The best nail polish sealer on the market!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love to paint my nails, and if I spend time painting them, I want them to be well protected. There are a lot of clear coats out there on the market, but only a small number of them are any good. Essie is a brand that I really trust because they make high-quality nail polish and clear coats, including this Quick-e drying drops. It comes with a dropper tool instead of a brush tool, and this is to make sure you don't apply too much at one time. Only one drop is needed, and that is saying something about the quality of this product. I think this is the best clear coat I've ever used.

          Yes, I recommend this product.

          Essie Quick E

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For anyone that is like me that polishes their nails and then tries to do things before they are fully dry and smudges their nails only to take the polish off because their nails look ridiculous you need this product! This is a game changer! You can manicure quickly with these quick-e fast-drying drops. These drops protect your nails from smudges, dents, nicks and scratches and reduces nail drying time! You polish your nails, add a drop or two to each nail and bam. Nails dry quicker without smudges, or indentations from sheets etc. The drops feel like they condition my cuticles a bit as well which is a bonus. I would recommend this to anyone who doesn’t have time to wait for their nails to dry naturally.

          Yes, I recommend this product.

          Great but oily

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is very time consuming to wait for my nail polish to dry. I was very happy to find this product. I used a base coat, 2 polish coats and then a clear coat. I used the drops on top. It dried my nails about 25% quicker and I was able to clean up my house. I do not like that the drops make everything oily. My hands were oily and anywhere the drops dripped when applying. I had to wait for my nails to dry until washing off the oil from my hands. I polished my nails close to when I went to sleep and was happy that in the morning my nails were still smooth and did not have lines from my linen like other times. All in all I am happy with this product I just wish it wasn't so oily and would absorb into the skin.

          Yes, I recommend this product.

          A REVOLUTIONARY PRODUCT

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don't understand how these drops aren't ALL THE RAGE... because they are, seriously!! They work better than I ever could've imagined. I applied two coats of Essie polish then applied 5 drops right away (they're tiny) to the nail. I waited no more than one minute before I touch tested it and was SHOCKED to find it was dried solid. I didn't believe it, so I continued to "test" it out by pressing & pushing on it sure that it would smudge, but it didn't. WHAT IS THIS SORCERY?! On top of saving me the time & inconvenience of air drying, after washing my hands I found that they ALSO leave a gorgeous shine! I promise you one thing: I will NEVER do my nails again without these drying drops. They're simply a REVELATION.

          Yes, I recommend this product.

          Works great!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the Essie Quick-E drying drops as a review promotion. I got the drops and a cute light pink color nail polish with it. I painted my nails and add a drop and my nails instantly dried. I wear press-on nails and sometimes will paint them myself, and these worked on the fake nails also. It only takes one small drop and it covers the entire nail bed. If you're someone like me that loves their nails painted but are always on the go and really don't have time to sit and wait on polish to dry, this is the stuff for you. I will be using these drops from now on.

          Yes, I recommend this product.

          No smudges or cuts!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I always allot about 2 hours after putting on nail polish, where I can't do much, because I end up getting smudges or weird little cuts on the nail polish. Sometimes, it takes as little as me brushing my hands lightly past my hair. These Essie drops were amazing - the first time I used it, I used it on all but one nail just to see how well it worked. No smudges/perfect finish on them all except for the one nail that didn't get it. I love it! I wish it came with a brush, because with the dropper, it tends to go everywhere, even past my nail. But I think I'll just use my top coat brush from now on. Overall, this is a great product, and it does what a top coat should do. I'll be using this after each time I apply nail polish.

          Yes, I recommend this product.

          Read the Box! It's great!!

This is great! Know the limitations of a product like this, follow best practices for painting your nails with regular polish, don't load up the coats and expect a miracle, lol!!! This is amazing for avoiding those nics and imprints that can happen right after painting. It's not a top coat, and I don't know why people are expecting it to be?? It's not long term protection it's protection while the paint is drying! Reading these reviews was frustrating, as there was obviously a lot of user error. Read the box, jeez. This is a great solution to a problem!!!

          Don't waste ur money

I'm really disappointed with this product. I was excited to try it because I'm always in a rush and was hoping this could help me do my nails and dry them quickly. I have already tried it twice and it chips off as if I never put any of the drying drops. The first time I tried it I put two coats of nail polish and then the drops and didn't move my hands at all for ten minutes after that I went back to getting ready and it smudged right away. The second time I used one coat of nail polish, didn't move my hands for ten minutes and the same thing occurred.

No, I do not recommend this product.

Dries quickly but polish chips even faster

I bought this because I usually don't have time to sit around and wait for my polish to dry. While this product does dry your nails quickly, it makes the polish brittle and it chips after 1 day, sometimes on the same day. I only use the product now when my 3 year old nieces want me to paint their nails but definitely don't have the patience to let them dry. I guess this product might be good if you need to do your nails for 1 day/night and don't have time to wait for it to dry but I don't recommend using this product if you want your manicure to last.

No, I do not recommend this product.

          Doesn't work

Does not work at all. I have tried different approaches. 1. Applying drops after 1 hour (nail polish was still not completely hardened). The drops has no effect, and I could still make dents in the polish with the nails on the other hand. 2. Applying drops right after applying polish.. It didn't dry momentaneously nor over time (15 minutes). After 15 minutes I washed my hands lightly to remove the oil from the drops, and the water drops made marks on the polish. When dragging my finger softly over the nail, it smudges and gets full of fingerprints.

No, I do not recommend this product.

Not sure how I feel about it

I never write reviews but I’ve had to paint my nails twice in the last two days because literally in a day my nails are already chipped with using these drops. I’ve never had that problem before. I used the top coat and red polish from Essie and didn’t use the drops today and will see if they hold up longer (as they should because I’ve never had this issue). For the price of all the products I have from Essie this is disappointing, it’s not cheap. I was applying it to the nail after the top coat so next time I’ll use them before the top coat.

          Didn't do its job

I bought this product because I'm always on the run, so I needed it to speed up the process of doing my nails. I had been using the "good to go top coat" which works great but decided to give the drops a try....what a disappointment! First of all the top coat repealed some of the drops so you end up using more than the recommended amount. Second they look and feel "apparently" dried but they are not, they're easy to be smudged and by the next morning my nails had the trace of my blanket in them!!! I will never ever use this product again!

No, I do not recommend this product.

Instantly dried my nails exactly like advertised

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I do my nails frequently at home but I always seem to bump and smudge them. I was a little curious as to this product and if it would work. I started off with two coats of Essie mademoiselle polish and then one drop on each toe. The drops are a little big for the tiny toenails so you will need to wipe off the excess that gets on the skin. No big deal at all though, easy clean up. With thirty seconds I touched my toenails and they were completely dry. I still don't believe it but these nail drops worked quickly and exactly as advertised.

          Yes, I recommend this product.

          this stuff is fantastic!

last night I put a base coat, 2 coats of polish, a top coat, then 1 drop on my smaller nails and 2 on my bigger nails, and a minute or two later I could touch them and they are still perfect! I rarely paint my nails at home because I always mess them up, but this is the first time I don't have to remove my polish the next morning. To the negative review saying their nails chipped, drying drops are NOT a top coat. If you want to prevent chipping use a good top coat, don't leave a negative review for a product that doesn't claim to do so.

          Yes, I recommend this product.

I paint my nails every week. I always use a base coat, 2 coats of color, and a top coat. I wait a few minutes between coats, as advised by nail technicians. After my top coat, I wait maybe 2 minutes and apply a drop of these drops to each nail. Within MINUTES my nails are dry. Dry enough for me to lightly run my finger across them. I still wait an hour to resume normal activities and my nails are still perfect. I have never had an issue with these drops. Without these drops I wouldn’t be able to have flawless nails as often as I do.

This product really does as it says it will. For those who are not receiving top notch results make sure you use a great top coat and base as well. Regular polish chips within 4 days usually anyhow so for the naysayers who claim it Aids in the chipping process perhaps but nail polish once on the nails has a limited shelf life. Buy this product!!! You will not regret it. Whether you do your nails at home base coat to top or just use a top coat after a pro manicure to prolong it this product is THEE staple to a flawless manicure

          Yes, I recommend this product.

          Helps the drying process!

I just bought the base coat (all in one) and mademoiselle in addition to this quick e stuff and I'm impressed! This is the first time in YEARS I did my own nails! I usually get gel bc I hate the drying process but the quick e product really helps!!! I put two layers of base (I have damaged nails from gel), three layers of color (mademoiselle is very light and pretty translucent) and one layer of the coat. Total of 6 layers!!! I put the quick e and, of course, jammed my nail against my purse strap as I was trying to sent the product down.. and I had a slight dent! I tapped down on it and it totally blended again with my nail! Lol! Therefore, I write my review and say it certainly helps. With the many layers I'm pretty sure it isn't dry yet but I'm a happy buyer!

          Yes, I recommend this product.

          Works good

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I did a base coat, 2 coats of regular nail polish and a top coat which is my usual routine. I did not apply the drying drops after the base coat but I did after each coat of nail polish and the top coat. I also allowed a couple of minutes between coats. I noticed it was very oily and think I may have used too much at first. When I painted my other hand I used a smaller drop and it seemed to work much better. I am happy with these drying drops as it worked to dry my nails quickly and did what they were supposed to.

          Yes, I recommend this product.

          Fast Drying

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried the quick-e drops on top of Essie nail polish and on other nail polish brands. The drops worked on any nail polish. At first, I was afraid of putting the drops on top of the nail polish while wet because I didn't want it to bubble or wrinkle but it definitely did not have any effect on the nail polish. The drops were clear and one drop was all that was needed on each nail. Drops covered the entire nail and I waited a full minute and it was completely dry. It probably dried less than a minute but I waited for a full minute. After a day I accidentally banged my hand and fingers on a wall and the nail polished didn't dent or chip. So I am happy to say that I carry the drops to work just in case I want to change polish and need my nails to dry fast. Love this product.

          Great nail polish and drops

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So the reason for a 4 star rating is because of the strong smell of the nail polish. Other than that it works perfectly. So I tried it on my daughter, she is 4 years old and can’t stay still for more than a few seconds. I put the nail polish one and then the drops in one set of nails while I did the other hand and same put the dry fast drops, the first set had completely dried. I check the other hand and same. I am so happy that I got to try this because now I can do a quick manicure when on a rush.

          Better than top coat

I thought no chips ahead was the greatest product I had ever found to keep my home done manicure looking its best for several days. They I tried Essie Quick-e drying drops and the manicure's staying power increased. One coat of No chips ahead followed by Essie quick-e drying drops you have a manicure that is going to last and last. Thru washing dishes, washing the dog and even pulling up some stray weeds, I really could not believe it. A week later my do it myself manicure is still going strong.

Wish it had a better applicator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was so excited about this as I have an active 6 year old that loves getting her nails painted. Except she always ends up smudging the polish before it dries! This did work well for its intended purpose but the applicator leaves something to be desired. Way too easy to use too much, which makes it ineffective. I was hoping it would be like a regular polish brush, but I now understand that would also apply too much product. Once you get the application technique down, it’s great!

          Yes, I recommend this product.

I bought this a while ago. I'm inpatient with nail drying so had hoped this would help. I tried it once and found the drops messy and not effective. I gave it another try today, just on one hand. The hand I used the drops on got nicks and smudges. The one I didn't use it on was fine. I also used the ridge filler and color Minimalistic (love love love). I do love the expressie line. Would love to see a version of ballet slippers, vanity fairest or minimalistic in it

No, I do not recommend this product.

          Effective but messy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wasn't sure how to use these drops as the included directions weren't completely clear. I was unsure if I should wait for my nails to dry to tacky or put it on while my polish was still wet. I waited until the polish was tacky, then applied a couple of drops and it's a bit messy, as it runs down the nail, so if you're using this, be sure to put a towel down, if you don't already. It does work wonderfully, my nails did dry a smidge faster than they would if I were air drying them. I did use my gel polish curing lamp because it's an oil. My polish is shiny and shows no signs of smudges or dents and it's been a week, usually I'd have chipping by now and there's none of that. This works better than any other top coat I've used. I do wish that this came with a brush instead of the dropper, the dropper is a little messy.

          Yes, I recommend this product.

          Not Quick or Dry

Applied this product and watched a 40 min episode of a Netflix series. Went to the bathroom to wash my hands and noticed the towel I used left a some texture. I wasnt expecting the full manicure to be fully dry but the surface to be hard enough to withstand my *patting* my hands dry. This product is supposed to prevent dents and nicks (according to the copy and paste reply on the other reviews), it couldn't handle light Pat's I'd cloth. Bummer of a product.

No, I do not recommend this product.

Hello AlwaysQueso! Thanks for sharing your experience with the quick-e fast-drying drops. We wish we knew why your mani was not set by the time you washed your hands. One coat of polish takes about 30 to 60 seconds to dry. This is about the time it takes for the average person to paint all of their nails, so once you have painted all your nails, you should be ready to add the next coat. The perfect drying time could vary based on environmental factors like temperature and humidity, especially in warmer, wetter climates. Although your nails will feel dry after 15 minutes, note that your nails are not completely dry for 2-3 hours after painting, so refrain from activities that could smudge your manicure in that time.If you would like to speak to us directly about your recent purchase, give us a call @ 866-313-7845 M-F 9:00 am – 5:00 pm ET

          So so

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Essie's quick-e drops are okay. They do appear to reduce your drying time because when you touch the top layer after applying, they feel dry. It's a little deceiving though because if you hit anything, it smudges. I think it's because you have to use so many layers as far as base coats, color, top Coats and then the drops. It also has an oily feel to it. Overall, make sure you still give yourself time for all the layer to dry and not just the top.

No, I do not recommend this product.

I don't know how the top comment was voted so high, when it's clear the person had NO idea what they are talking about. I applied 1 coat of all-in-one, 3 coats of polish, waited a measly 60 seconds, then applied the Quick-E drops. These drops reduced my dry time by 60%, EASILY. Painting nails TAKES TIME. This slashes the time this much, and I am AMAZED. A normal nail paint takes me +/-3 hours to dry, this Quick-E drop makes a NOTICEABLE difference.

          Dries Instantly!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I work from home and at times find myself painting my nails during meetings, only to realize I have to type soon after and smudge my polish. I thought these drops might help do the trick and they certainly did! After painting I quickly place a drop on each nail, and a few seconds later, it is dry to the touch. I still try to be careful but it offers enough protection that I can go about my day without worrying if I am going to ruin my fresh mani.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I know waiting for nail polish to dry isn't a hassle for most people but it is for me. I have 5 kids and a farm so I don't get much time to be idle. I still like to have pretty nails though so this is perfect for me. I put it on right after polish and my nails are dry enough for me to carry on with my life. It's also good for polishing my little girls nails because they always want pretty nails but are unwilling to sit still long enough to dry.

          Super quick!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you do your nails then quick drying drops are a must have in your nail toolbox, especially the Essie Quick-e Drying Drops. They dry my nails faster than other drops that I have purchased. Essie sent me a complimentary beautiful, nude polish, Mademoiselle, with the drying drops. In less than 5 minutes, I had a fresh new manicure without having to wait around for my nails to dry so I could get on with my life. Thanks so much, Essie!

          Yes, I recommend this product.
